**Position Summary**

In order to complete our Finance, Control and Legal Department, we are currently looking for a **IS/IT Business Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis **.

**A day in the life**
- Support the Product Manager and Business Analyst in the development of the strategy through incremental improvements of the product
- Partner with business and IS/IT to analyze, translate and document their requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT product backlog.
- Analyze and document process flows, write development specifications and test developments
- Implement Project Management best practices to monitor and manage deadlines and projects deliveries
- Help to implement and sustain solutions
- Document training materials for the product
- Deliver training to the end users and support teams
- Deployment of solutions and projects to markets with a product mindset
- Support the analysis and resolution of sustain issues with 3rd party providers
- Explore innovative technologies and initiatives in area of FP&A
- Collaborate & coordinate with vendor partners the implementation of best industry practices around performance and technology

**What will make you successful**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
- 5+ years of relevant experience as business analyst in financial planning area with experience on project management
- Excellent understanding and Knowledge in Corporate Performance Management domain (Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting) and OLAP modeling
- Good knowledge of financial planning solutions as Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS / PBCS) and SAP Analytics Cloud for planning
- Basic understanding supply chain planning concepts such as Demand Management, Distribution and Master Planning, S&OP, etc.
- Understanding of new techniques in planning using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with basic statistical knowledge
- Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is required
- Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is optional but preferred
- Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling large amounts of data.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall)
- Understanding of modeling techniques
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
- Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
