**Who we are?**

The Finance Team is the main responsible of managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable and receivable.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized FP&A Junior who can guide Exoticca in its fast-growing project through data, analysis, modeling, forecasting, identify and propose optimization and improvement actions to have an efficiency growth.

**What will you do?**
- Support in Defining FP&A Scope: Collaborate with senior FP&A professionals to contribute to defining the scope and objectives of the FP&A practice at Exoticca.
- Assist in Reporting: Provide support in the preparation of reports for investors and the Board of Directors, including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports, under the guidance of the senior team members.
- Financial Model Assistance: Assist in the development and maintenance of the Company's financial models, including the current fiscal year budget and the 5-year plan. Help analyze these models to support strategic initiatives.
- Variance Analysis Support: Assist in identifying and researching variances in forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses. Collaborate with senior team members to identify improvement opportunities.
- Cash Flow Forecast Assistance: Contribute to the preparation of monthly and weekly cash flow forecasts and sensitivities. These forecasts will be regularly reported to the management team and investors under supervision.
- Report Creation Support: Assist in creating presentations for internal stakeholders, including the quarterly Board deck, working closely with senior colleagues.
- M&A Process Participation: Participate in M&A processes by providing support in research, valuation, due diligence, and execution activities as directed by senior team members.
- KPI Analysis Contribution: Contribute to the analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a focus on financial metrics such as sales, COGS, profit margin, operating expenses, and ROI, and report findings to senior FP&A team members.
- Cross-Functional Project Involvement: Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives that impact the organization from both a business and corporate perspective, working closely with senior colleagues.
- Relationship Building Assistance: Assist in developing and maintaining effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree and more than 2-3 years of experience in Audit, Transaction Services, consulting, or investment banking.
- Qualified and strong experience in finance, a professional with background of reporting in a global, multi-entity and complex matrix organization.
- Proven experience delivering high quality business partnering, and strong approach to dealing with high levels of ambiguity and considerable change.
- Previous experience in FP&A at a scale-up or high-growth organization.
- Big 4, PE or VC Experience is a plus.
- Technical competency highly desired, FP&A experience preferred.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities whilst maintaining a view of the big picture.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Good presentation development capabilities (PowerPoint). If not proficient, eager to learn fast.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders (directors, managers, leads, etc).
- Good level of English (C1)
- Team player.
