**About the role**:
As the Brand & Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind bsport’s online presence, driving exciting social media strategies and innovative campaigns. You’ll work closely with teams to spark growth, build strong partnerships, and position bsport as the leading tech partner for boutique studios worldwide. This role is perfect for a dynamic, design-savvy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning data into powerful, results-driven strategies.

**What will be your impact**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with bsports brand
values and business goals.
- Lead projects together with the Country Marketing Manager based on
social media strategy
- Collaborating on digital campaigns with creative ideas and managing community interactions on social media to maintain brand alignment.
- Supporting marketing with local events and PR initiatives to boost brand visibility internationally.
- Analyzing organic social media campaign results and preparing monthly reports.

**You would be great fit if you have**:

- Have** fluency in English **(Another European language is a plus)
- 3 years of experience in social media marketing (good Figma knowledge of static content creation).
- Proficient in social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts across channels.
- Creative and passionate storyteller with a strong eye for design, visual communication, and aesthetics.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines and to prioritize.
