What you will do:
- Update our new website.
- Align with our external marketing agency for content management.
- Align the website with the NGO standards.
- Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality.
- Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations.
- Identify ways to improve website user experience.
- Implement security measures to protect website.
- Keep the website's domain and hosting registration updated.
- Monitor for website security breaches and respond to them as needed.
- Reply to, troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, technology or related fields.
- Previous experience as an IT manager or in a related position.
- Strong knowledge of technical management and information analysis.
- knowledge of hardware and software systems.
- Data centre management and data governance skills.
- Depth experience with computer network, network administration and installation.
- Excellent communication, people and managerial skills.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion about philanthropy.
