We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager to be the binder between our very talented CGI Team and our Head of CGI. Our Studio Manager must encourage and ensure collaboration between our distributed teams, while also providing a great working environment that respects the needs and culture of the local team. You will work closely with the CGI team that is made out of 3D Modelers, 3D Animators, Character Rigger Artists, VFX Editors, etc. You will manage the daily operations and the internal development of new content/features for our games. The Studio Manager we are looking for knows that it’s his mission to ensure that each employee has what they need to enthusiastically deliver quality content and also design a strategy and structure for creative development in this passion-driven industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve production and organization processes
- Maintains the well-being, culture, and daily operations of the studio
- Set clear goals for the team and hold team members accountable for deliverables; continually recognize and reward employees for strong performance
- Optimize game delivery, manage teams, review games and deliver games on time
- Lead, coach, and develop staff to ensure growth and expand the talent base
- Ensure the office space is functional and comfortable

**Qualifications Required**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in the 3D production in the game industry
- Business owner/operator mindset
- Passion for gaming is a MUST
- Great attention to detail
- Strong ability to provide clear creative direction, and timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes to keep work on quality, budget, and schedule.
