We're seeking a Creative Strategic Planner to develop innovative, data-driven concepts that create impactful experiences. This role merges research, creative thinking, marketing strategy, and data analysis to craft ideas that engage audiences and align with business objectives.
**About the role**
- Research Leadership: Conduct and manage research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and actionable insights.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify and analyze emerging trends to inspire creative solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop data-informed strategies for new experiences.
- Creative Conceptualization: Develop audience-focused concepts that align with marketing objectives and creative vision.
- Innovation Thinking: Use methodologies like Design Thinking to transform how experiences are designed and marketed.
- Marketing Perspective: Shape and refine concepts from a creative marketing standpoint, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and align with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver strategic presentations, concepts, and creative solutions.
**About You**
- Based in Madrid
- Professional proficiency in English
- 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, creative agencies, startups, or consultancy roles
- A business-oriented mindset is highly valued
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus
- Passion for trends research, digital marketing, and social media
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in high-demand, fast-moving environments
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
