**Position Summary**:
As we are an international business and this is a role with a European scope, we are taking a flexible approach as to where this position will be located. Our European hubs being: Cramlington - UK, Vitória - Spain and Gasny - France. (Please indicate your preference when applying).

**Please Note**: Extensive International / Domestic travel will be a requirement of this role; therefore, a valid passport and the ability to travel is required.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Influence the technical part of the implementation project and ensure good communication with the project team.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project resources and deliverables.
- Coordinate Project sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups, utilising an Agile methodology
- Support business process experts in execution of User Acceptance & Regression Testing, guiding, and advising as necessary, whilst not taking away business accountability for completion.
- Work closely with departments to understand business processes, uncovering areas for improvements and implementing solutions
- Provide End-User support, Troubleshooting IT and SAP issues
- Produce and maintain I.T statistics, reports, checklists, and other documentation as necessary.

**Person Specification**:
**_Education, Qualifications and Affiliations _**

Essential
- HNC in an Information Technology or Business discipline
- Microsoft Certified Professional

Desirable
- Information Technology or Business degree
- Project Management training
- Six Sigma or similar

Completed qualifications from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

**Experience**:
Essential

Demonstrable experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Experienced SAP SME with experience in sales and distribution, projects, and production modules.
- Ability to work closely with Business Analysts / functional consultants to translate complex business specs into technical specs.
- Strong familiarity with IT and/or corporate transformation projects.

Desirable
- Worked on multiple SAP implementation and SAP Support environments.
- Experience of SAP Cloud Platform integration.
- Experience in SCRUM/Agile project management.
- Customer service skills an asset.
- Previous user support experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company within a similar role.
- Experience of working internationally.
