About the Role

Atida Iberia is a leading player in the parapharmacy eCommerce space in Spain. We are now embarking on a **high-impact strategic initiative** to expand our presence in the health and wellness market through an innovative digital offering.

We are looking for a **Project Manager** to **lead and coordinate the execution** of this strategic project, involving internal and external stakeholders across legal, tech, operations, and commercial areas. This is a **mission-critical role** that will shape the next chapter of Atida’s growth.

While the project specifics will be shared in later stages of the recruitment process, you can expect a highly dynamic environment where your ability to organize, drive execution, and manage complexity will be key.

What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day execution of a **strategic and cross-functional project** with visibility at the executive level.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners across legal, tech, commercial, and operational domains.
- Create and manage **detailed and structured project plans**, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Track progress, identify blockers early, and drive resolutions in collaboration with specialized teams.
- **Facilitate clear, effective communication** across departments and to senior management.
- Monitor deliverables, maintain documentation, and ensure high execution standards throughout.
- Adapt plans dynamically as the project evolves — always with a focus on delivery and quality.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and thrives in dynamic environments. You don’t need to be an expert in pharmacy regulations or tech platforms on day one — you just need the ability to learn fast, connect the dots, and keep the engine running smoothly.

**Hard Skills**
- 3-7 years of experience in **project management**, ideally in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with **project management tools** (Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong **planning and budgeting** capabilities.
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience and knowledge of the health and pharmacy industry in Spain is a plus.

**Soft Skills**
- ** Highly organized**, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** (Spanish & English).
- A natural **coordinator and problem-solver** — calm under pressure and always a step ahead.
