The Medical Writer will support the development and maintenance of global medical information content, including writing and formatting, documentation, reporting and metrics on global Medical Information activities.

The Medical Writer will work under the guidance of the Scientific Communications Manager in regard to content and timelines and adhere to defined the client standards as well as safeguard that processes and system standards are followed.
- Production of new global standard scientific response content (gSSRC) as defined by the Scientific Communications Manager and in accordance with the client Medical Information Style Guide, approved templates and Standard Operating Procedure for the creation of Medical Information content.
- Update the content of existing gSSRCs on an annual (12-month) basis and/or when new data becomes available, according to the direction received from the Scientific Communications Manager.
- Adjust content according to the feedback received during review cycles.
- Obtain final approval from the Scientific Communication Manager.
- Perform peer reviews for gSSRC style and accuracy and for continuous improvement purposes.

**Qualifications**

**What we're looking for**

Experienced Medical Writer (3-5 years), with a scientific background and degree (PharmD, MD, PhD or Masters), at least 3 years producing content for Medical Information, with knowledge of Medical Information regulations, and IT and digital solutions.

Excellent medical writing skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage and prioritize multiple, detailed activities, results-orientated with fast and focused execution.

Good communication, coordination and time management skills.

Fluent in oral and written English with high level of communication skills.

Experience in writing and managing scientific publications (manuscripts, posters, abstracts, etc.) is desirable.

Prior experience working in any of the therapeutic areas of Cardiovascular, Metabolism, Respiratory (CMR), Inflammation, Immunology, Retinopathy, Central Nervous System, and Oncology would be advantageous.
