**The opportunity**
The business has **operations around the World **and has an excellent reputation internationally. They have a track record of hiring high-potential talent and **providing a long-term career beyond internal audit, across many global locations.**
As a Group Internal Audit Manager, you will report directly to the Group Head of Internal Audit. **You will travel extensively to a variety of locations** to complete both operational and financial audits, working with stakeholders across the business to ensure the highest levels are met.
Planning, execution, and follow up reports are a major part of this role whilst ensuring that the Group Head of Audit is continued to be updated during all projects.
You will assist the Group Head of Internal Audit in the development of the annual and 3-years internal audit plan. You will also participate in the recruitment, development and motivation of internal audit staff to ensure that they complete successfully assignments allocated to them.
**The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Europe.**
**What you’ll need**
The ideal profile will be an ACA (or equivalent) qualified Audit professional who has operated in a Big 4 / Internal Audit environment for a minimum of 7 years.
**European citizenship and Fluency in English are mandatory.
