Our organization is looking to recruit a Junior Assistant who ideally will be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach, good communication and interpersonal skills to work within their busy team.
As a Junior Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking administration duties
- Processing orders
- Processing of files and allocation to the specific clients
- Maintaining and updating the client database
- Providing support to the main manager
Junior Assistant Experience:
- All applicants must have a high level of numeracy and computer skills.
- To be successful in this role you will have previous dedicated customer service or clerical experience and be well organized as you will be working on multiple projects at any one time.
- You will be an excellent communicator on all levels.
- Maintaining a high attention to detail will be essential in this position.
**Salary**: 2,000.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
Work Location: One location
