**1. AXA IM Alts**

**2. The purpose of the role**
Contribute / give support wherever needed to the members of the Asset Management team in their day-to-day work, especially design and execution of business plans (including ESG action plan), annual budgeting campaigns, DCF analysis, reporting, regular assets valuation campaigns and presentations, to maintain and strengthen high quality of deliverables to internal/external clients.
**3. Main responsibilities of the role**
- Help Senior Asset Managers, or other members of the Asset Management team if required, in day-to-day job tasks/compliance with deadlines.
- Main accountability will be responsibility for Excel/Anaplan models and Powerpoint presentations to clients, led by more senior team members.
- To collect and analyse all information related to real estate assets, including technical, financial, legal, tax and commercial data.
- To work with the relevant departments on all valuation assumptions of the assets, in order to identify and set-up the best strategy for asset management to investors. End result is to optimize financial performance related to client objectives and arbitration.
- Including capex, service charges and revenues related to asset management, set-up and follow-on budgets and cash flows models under Anaplan/Excel or other required tools, manage obtaining all relevant information from the property managers and other partners or suppliers.
- To work with the Asset Managers and ESG Lead to define the ESG strategy and up the achievement of the objectives.
- To help in coordination of transition process of new all AUM with acquisition / development team.
- Keep relation and attend regular coordination meetings with Property Managers, giving support to the Asset Managers.
- Learn to use and be involved in the regular use of the different tools available for Asset Managers (Docusign, Anaplan, Deepki, Tenant database, Hub, etc.)
- Support Asset Managers on the different market sectors update (last deals, markets trends and evolution, main operators, etc.)
- To perform other Asset Management tasks and projects as assigned from time to time (budgeting, reporting, etc.).

**Education/Qualifications**
- Degree educated
- Surveying qualification (e.g. RICS) is a plus
**Experience**
- Knowledge of real estate sector
- Previous experience working for an investment manager / property company / letting or investment agent / professional advisory firm
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent level of Excel and Powerpoint
- Good understanding of real estate market in Spain
- Good understanding of financial techniques related to real estate investments
- Spanish & English Fluent (oral and written), French/Portuguese will be a plus
- General knowledge/interest on ESG topics applied to real estate
