We are looking for a Technical Architect in Construction (Aparejador/a) with at least 2 years of previous experience as Construction Manager or Production Manager, in retail and restaurant projects.**Responsibilities**:

- Bid comparisons for tendering and cost management of several projects.
- Coordination of new and existing restaurant projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate internal and external work teams.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of construction and constructive details.
- Familiarity with cost control software such as Presto/Cype
- At least 2 years of previous experience as Construction Manager or Production Manager in retail and restaurant projects.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
- Proficiency in English.
- Training in Facility Management or Project Management is a plus.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
