The Boeing Company is seeking a **Global Technology - Senior Procurement Agent - Europe Support** **(M,F,D)** to be based Madrid, Spain; Munich; Germany or Sheffield, UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Technology Supply Chain Team, supporting Boeing Research and Technology efforts in Europe. This position resides within Research & Technology division of the Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) team and supports Boeing Research and Technology Europe S.L.U. This position is responsible for drafting research and collaboration agreements with suppliers and research partners on developmental technologies in technical areas of interest in aerospace, cybersecurity, and other Boeing fields.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
- Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
- Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
- Lead sub-contracting activities in support of business acquisition for international contracts.
- Work with international cross-functional teams, across time zones, and multiple cultures.
- Carry out contractual negotiations in Spanish, English, and potentially German.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Fluent in Spanish and English written and verbal
- 5+ years of experience leading contract negotiations for a variety of complex terms and conditions
- 5+ years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
- 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or other related field, or relevant work or military experience
- Experience negotiating complex contracts
- 5+ years of experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
- 5+ years of experience creating & leading Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Experience leading teams in a cross-functional environment
- Experience building positive working relationships
**Typical Education/Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
