The Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Creator to own and build the content strategy of Factorial in the US market.

Inbound Marketing is the main acquisition channel for Factorial since our foundation. Through our various communication channels, we deliver informative, comprehensive and actionable content to help HR managers and business owners in their daily work.

This position is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the skills necessary to build the long-term vision for a solid content strategy with a keen eye towards demand KPIs.This is a senior-level role with significant autonomy, ownership, and a direct impact on revenue.

What will you be doing:
Make an impact: Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve our business targets, mainly through our blog. You help us increase awareness, credibility and authority of Factorial amongst our Italy audience
Take ownership: Be proactive in leading through the entire content lifecycle from trend research to content creation, dissemination, and updates.
Be creative: Develop clear, compelling narratives for every topic to create unique content and make us stand out from the crowd as a thought leader. Research, write and review compelling texts for multiple channels.
Content style: Be a steward of best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style. Help develop standards and new formats from blog posts and articles to white papers, customer stories, infographics, videos, and more.
Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, customer success, and freelancers to map and optimize content - respecting brand identity and SEO guidelines.
Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance and enhance content based on KPIs to ensure highest quality at all times

Your Profile

You are a native-level english speaker
3+ years in B2B content marketing, experience in the HR industry, as a marketing content manager or HR manager desirable
Background and experience in the journalism industry (degree in communications, or journalism), is a plus
You are passionate about content creation and have excellent writing skills
You have strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfort with an evolving structure that encourages learning and growth
