We are currently recruiting a Fraud Analyst to for our EMEA headquarters in Madrid, Spain, who will be responsible for managing the suspicious activity of the company´s transactions, using locally established antifraud filters. He will be in charge of following the internal procedures to ensure the security of our customers, beneficiaries, agents and the company
**Responsibilities**:
Main responsibilities include the following:
Review daily orders deemed suspicious for fraud under the filters and patterns established by the company and identify orders for release or cancellation.
Deal with incoming phone calls for order queries related to held transactions.
Analysis of suspicious orders and determination for cancellation or release according to fraud patterns.
Creation of reports with fraud figures, trends and expectations.
Monitoring European agents and worldwide Global Agents activity over established filters and rules
**Qualifications**:
Fluent Spanish and English
A third language is a plus
Medium level of Excel
