**How will you make a difference**
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and logical conclusions
- Work with management to prioritize data-driven business initiatives and information needs to improve company decision making and performance
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Understand business needs in order to develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Data responsabile for one or more team’s projects towards the creation and evaluation of new hypotheses

**Requirements**:
**What will make you stand out from the crowd**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, Python, Knime, SAS etc). Having experience using SQL is also a plus
- Knowledge of visualization tools and experience using reporting tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc).
- Ability to identify continuous improvement measures and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results.
- Dynamic, proactive and results oriented person and flexible to changing environment and eager to learn.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Statistics or related field.
- Knowledge and experience in payment technologies is a plus.
