Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations

**How you will CELLebrate**
- Manage all fire safety and facility safety at the PowerCo site in Valencia, from the early stages of construction to managing the site's fire safety organization.
- Implementation of PowerCo fire safety standards and processes on site.
- Management, supervision, monitoring and control or testing of the plant fire brigade and external service providers.
- Management of the maintenance of all fire protection equipments in the plant, being responsible for task planning and analytical capacity to provide the best corrective solution to detected anomalies.
- Colaboret whit the sevaral emergency teams in case of fire, accident, hazmat, and other security incidents.
- Perform risk analises for modifications in the instalations.
- Work with internal partners and collaborate with the public fire brigade to enable quick solutions and safe operations.
- Carry out regular audits in accordance with the PowerCo standards and check the structural, technical and organizational fire protection. You also ensure the effectiveness of defensive fire protection.,
- Support and colaboration in the development of training and education of fire protection assistants and evacuation training and drills for the whole site.
- Develop and implement fire safety strategy aligned with overall company policies to ensure continued effectiveness and track success against defined KPIs.
- Oversee crisis management procedures jointly with local management and the central corporate security team.
- Ensure coherent communication between key departments, such as construction and technology units, and take a unified stance on safety concerns and fire safety measures.
- Foster a positive security awareness culture and position the company at the forefront of the most secure businesses.

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Expert knowledge in Spanish and local law regarding
- Fire Protection Proven skills in crisis management and fostering a safety culture.
- Proficiency in recognizing customer expectations
- Fluent level of English and Spanish
- Degree civil engineering, safety management or equivalent
