Real Estate Agent
You are motivated by having a lot to do, you exchange your results for freedom in the workplace and see your job more as a lifestyle. You run your sales as if the company were your own and have no problem showing homes both evenings and weekends.

You have a couple of years of experience in the real estate industry and speak Spanish and at least English fluently. You are social, have a competitive instinct and an ability to make a good impression with everyone you meet.

The job requires that you have:

- Driving license - car included in the service
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written is essential. Swedish and other languages is an advantage
- Flexible working hours, when the customer is available for a viewing, you need to be on site of the property
- Experience and great interest / training in sales
- Knowledge about the area and properties

**Language requirements**
Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written is essential. Additional languages is an advantage. If you are fluent in any other language that is of course an advantage.

That you live in the region and have experience of the Spanish system is a requirement.
