**Role Description**

This is an on-site internship role as a Project Management Intern at Event-One DMC in Valencia. As a Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks related to program management, project management, and project planning. This includes coordinating logistics, assisting with venue selection, supporting communication efforts, and providing analytical support. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the event planning industry and work with a dedicated team of professionals.

**Desired Period**: From August/September to January or beyond, for an ideal duration of 6 months.

Work Arrangements: Full-time (9 am-2 pm ; 3pm-6 pm) onsite at our offices in Valencia. Possibility of travel within Spain for events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and organizing events.
- Regular communication with our European clients.
- Coordination with our local suppliers.
- Representation of the company at events with our partners.
- Administrative tasks and social media communication.

**Qualifications**
- Students in Bachelor's or Master's degree programs, ideally from backgrounds such as LEA, LLCER, economics, management, information-communication, event management, or tourism specialized in event management.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to assist with project planning and coordination
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in multiple languages (English, **Spanish, French and/or German**) is mandatory.
