**Your Role and Responsibilities**

As a Tecnical Team Leader and System Database Administrator:

- Oracle DB, you are the face of a specialist of Oracle DB in KYNDRYL for our customers.
- Our clients' success depends on your ability to understand their needs and respond to requests for Oracle DB services.
- This role is an important part of delivering support strategies, working with the technical team to resolve incidents, and proactively monitoring handly issues to ensure our customer's success.
