**Position Summary**

Our Global IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture Team is dedicated to enabling business architecture and aligning the IT landscape with business strategies. Through our Enterprise Architecture initiatives, we ensure alignment, foster innovation, optimize efficiency, enhance agility, enable scalability, ensure security and compliance, and drive standardization and integration. We play a pivotal role in leveraging technology effectively for a competitive edge.

Our goal is to establish a comprehensive Business Architecture framework that guides digital investments and strategic decisions. This framework will accelerate our digital transformation with impactful scale and speed, connecting business goals to capabilities, processes, services, data, people, and technology. It will provide a real-time view across our entire value chain, powered by AI.

In this role, you will combine technical expertise and data analytics, optimization and automation skills to drive technical excellence within the Process Intelligence Domain

You will lead the technical development and maintenance of process mining and process intelligence solutions. Your responsibilities include managing ETL processes, customizing platforms, performing data analysis, integrating tools with enterprise systems, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting user training, documenting technical configurations, and ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

Overall, you have the opportunity to lead and bring your technical expertise and process analysis skills to enhance the efficiency and value of the Process Intelligence framework domain.

**A Day in the Life of a Tech Lead - Process Intelligence in the IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture team**
- ** Technical Implementation & Data Analysis**:

- Lead the development and maintenance of ETL processes for accurate and timely data extraction.
- Configure and customize platforms to meet business requirements.
- Create and update dashboards and visualizations for actionable insights.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify inefficiencies, compliance issues, and bottlenecks.
- Utilize advanced algorithms and machine learning to uncover hidden patterns.
- Continuously monitor and optimize solution performance.
- ** Integration, Collaboration & User Training**:

- Lead the integration of process mining tools with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and explain findings.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on process mining tools.
- Develop training materials, including user guides and tutorials.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing questions and issues.

- Document technical configurations, data models, and methodologies.
- Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
