Product Manger - Commerce Technology
- A Product Manager for Commerce is responsible for ensuring the stability, continuous improvement, and development of our Commerce Platform. Lynk&Co is active in seven European Markets where consumers are able to access the car through several options, from buying, leasing, subscription and sharing services.
- Sales are through our online sales channels across European Markets. The multiple market approach, our unique business model and the complexity of the automotive industry means we manage an exciting and complex Commerce Eco System.
- We are looking for a Product Manager to work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s commerce vision.
- You will deliver the strategic vision for Commerce and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of customers, markets, data insights and key input from stakeholders across the company. You will also build and foster strategic partnerships across product teams, working to manage dependencies.
- The position can be based in Gothenburg. The position includes EU wide responsibility and will involve occasional travel.

**What you'll do**
- Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive sales growth- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes- Drive product launches including working with Marketing, Communications and PR Teams- Act as a product champion to build awareness and understanding- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact**What you should have**
- Proven work experience in product management- Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle- Ability to develop product and strategies, effectively communicate recommendations to management.- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification- Experience with Commerce Tools is preferred**Working for Lynk & Co**
