An exciting position has come up in an international yet personal business, offering a **part-time** position as an **HR Administrator & Office Manager** for our office in Barcelona.

**The position**
This position needs a well-organised and reliable Administrator. Having relevant work experience in a small business environment, you will work with a variety of systems, be part of an international HR team in a growing business, help set up and improve processes, and make the role your own. You will be working very closely with the Spanish Country Manager and assist him/her and other team members with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

There is some flexibility to work remotely, although depending on the needs of the company, assistance in the Barcelona office is expected.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Onboarding of new employees (Domestic and International)
- Contracts management for employees and subcontractors
- Assistance with visas for travel
- Co-ordination of work permits and settlement visas with our visa agency
- Help accountant with invoicing, communication between accountant and management
- Offboarding leavers
- Administration for private medical cover, Edenred, and other fringe benefits
- Administration of other legislation topics, like hazard prevention, medical health check
- Office management - office supplies, mobile phones, leases, facility management, etc.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- University degree or Formative Cycle Higher education in a relevant field
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Adaptability to work with new software systems
- Attention to detail and business aptitude
- A high level of confidentiality
- Pro-active, flexible and organised
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English language
**Bonus Skills (not mandatory)**
- Any other language
- Experience in working with SAP CATS
- Strong MS PPT skills (reformatting, look and feel, creating new templates)
