**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The key responsibilities are:

- Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including Local File and Master File, in compliance with OECD guidelines and regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with transfer pricing regulations by collecting contemporaneous evidence and performing/reviewing transfer pricing calculations according to established policies
- Assist in managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations, including overseeing management fee recharges
- Prepare, review and coordinate with other teams to ensure intercompany contracts are accurately drafted and kept up-to-date
- Organize data from the company's various database repositories to create and refresh financial and transfer pricing models
- Engage proactively with stakeholders from different teams, including Treasury and Legal, and various locations to gather necessary information required for transfer pricing purposes

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in transfer pricing or related field
- Strong understanding of OECD guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
