**Some responsibilities of the Logistics Assistant**(Temporary Contract)**:
- Barcelona are**:
- Be part of a well experienced team, with versatility mindset & full alignment with the Sales Department.
- Negotiation of the freight cost to customer in coordination with the Sales Manager as per to have a minimum of 3 freight competitive offers for our customer portfolio.
- Centralize all call offs / complaints from the 3 plants to be responsible for (Barcelona / Cartagena / Bilbao). It is proven to work efficiently on a central basis.
- Accommodate call offs per each of the plants according to the refineries planning.
- Forecast of the monthly needs aligned to the refinery utilization and sales program forecast.
- Customer pricing & Contract management: meaning to be accountable for the execution on the contracts, pushing sales responsible to monitor back logs and financing charges.
- Follow up of the receivables, as per to keep truck of the performance of our Working Capital and try to implement all the financial tools in place to improve our KPI’s (ROIG).
- Positive attitude towards continuous improvement / learning.
- Knowledgeable of the current systems as per to automate flows and get the best info throughout the existing ERP (SAP).
- +/- 5 years working experience.
- University degree in business or another related field.
- Skilled in decision-making & negotiation.
- Fluent Spanish & English, other languages (_French & Catalan_) will be a plus.
- Customer focus, teamwork, entrepreneurship, results orientation, independent, ability to take decision & influence others.
