M365 Engineer with Focus On Exchange Online

As a Microsoft 365 Engineer you are in charge of the engineering and the assurance of the operational health of Exchange online, Microsoft Teams, and Sharepoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability. Moreover, you take on responsibility and enjoy the freedom and flexibility to introduce and implement your own ideas and solutions.

**What you will do**:

- You are the administrator, support, and configurator of Microsoft 365
- You administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure
- You are responsible for the troubleshooting of Exchange and other Microsoft 365 related issues
- You extend and engineer the Axpo M365 and Azure platform
- You ensure the transition of OnPrem infrastructures to the Microsoft 365 Cloud (e.g. Exchange, SharePoint, files services, etc.)

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics
- You bring in-depth expertise and knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Azure (MS-Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.)
- You have a good sense of IT Security considerations in Microsoft Cloud Services
- Your “hands-on” attitude and user-centric mindset rounds off your profile
- You are a creative person with a flair for new and creative ideas
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
