We are looking for a** highly motivated**, **enthusiastic, and people-centric individual** to join our dynamic People & Culture team as a **People & Culture Assistant**, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our employees feel valued and supported every step of the way. This hybrid position reports to the Senior People & Culture Manager in Spain and supports the Global People & Culture Team. **✨ What You'll Do / Responsibilities**: - **Respond to employee inquiries**:Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR questions, directing employees to the appropriate resources or team members. - **Facilitate new hire onboarding**:Prepare first-day logistic and training plans, working with managers and our external labor advisor to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. - **Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team**: Maintain updated HR records and/or collaborate in diverse HR projects, including working with vendors, managing information, documentation, and employee communication. - **Support Employee Engagement Initiatives**:Benefits administration, recognition programs, employee gifts, etc. - **Be an integral part of the Events Team**:Assist in (and sometimes own) the planning and execution of company-wide onsite and virtual events and programs, wellness challenges, team building activities, perks, to maintain our strong 1RTI culture. **What We're Looking For / Requirements**: - **Bachelor's degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - **Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential**for all business communications (written and verbal). - **Comfortable using Google tools**(e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Drive). - **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**, with a high degree of professionalism and empathy. - **Outstanding work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.**: - **Impeccable attention to detail** and fantastic **organizational and time management skills**, with the ability to balance planning efforts with day to day demands. - **Ability to handle confidential information** with discretion. - **Proactive and reliable** to fellow team members and managers **Nice To Have / Preferred Skills**: - Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn. - Understanding of basic Spanish labor law. - Experience working in a global or multinational company environment, at least 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative support role. **What We Offer You**: - Flexible working schedule. - Remote working + Home Office Stipend to cover the costs of working from home. - Flexible Paid Time Off + "Real Vacation Bonus," an additional bonus for taking more than 1-week of uninterrupted vacation. - Annual bonus based on individual and company performance + other prizes and awards. - We recognize employees for their achievements, offer great opportunities for career growth and development, and provide the tools they need to succeed. - Click here to see all Spain benefits. **How is life at RTI**: - We have been certified as a Great Place to Work for seven consecutive years both in Spain and the US.
