PAPA OSCAR Ventures is the leading investment company (VC/Accelerator) in the field of e-Commerce and B2C/D2C fashion & lifestyle brands. We do not only support our ventures financially but also with our internal expert teams in the areas of IT, marketing, strategy, and finance. As we count around 30 ventures in the German-speaking area, we now expand to Southern Europe.

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Intern / Working Student to join us for a 6-month period to grow with the company and have the opportunity to stay long-term.
Tasks
- Provide support and consultancy services to our portfolio companies across the digital marketing strategy spectrum
- Research, benchmark and execute growth hacking tactics with our portfolio companies
- Generate influencer marketing databases and strategies
- Devise value-adding workflows through CRM-tools to drive engagement and foster community building
- Analyze and model data to optimize marketing campaigns. Solid understanding of Google tools and Facebook Business Manager
- Perform keyword research and support the SEO strategies of the ventures
- Research marketing opportunities and competitor benchmarking in order to provide recommendations
- Direct communication with the portfolio companies
**Requirements**:
- You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, ideally in the field of digital marketing
- You have at least one year of direct experience in this field. E-commerce experience is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills to have meetings and conversations with founders and others. Fluent in Spanish & English
- Curious by nature with great attention to detail and the attitude and aptitude to make things better while working under pressure
- You’re a fast learner who can investigate and effectively pick up new concepts on your own. You can solve unforeseen challenges with creativity and structure and can do so independently
- You showcase initiative bringing up ingenious ways to reach your goals. You constantly bring new ideas and opportunities to the table
