Senior Digital Data Analyst

**Your Role**:
As our **Senior Digital Data Analyst**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the company. Working closely with our content, SEO, tech development and product teams, you will be key in understanding our customers, trends, guiding our teams, and contributing to the development and implementation of new features and growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Advanced Data Analysis**: Perform in-depth analyses to drive business and product decisions, including A/B testing and ad-hoc data investigations.
- **Data Collection & Cleaning**: Gather, process, and clean data from multiple sources to ensure consistency, reliability, and usability for analysis.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner for key teams such as Product and Marketing.
- **KPI Management & Data Quality**: Oversee key performance indicators, ensure data accuracy, and implement best practices to maintain the integrity of reports and dashboards.

**Technical Skills**
- 4+ years of experience in **product analytics**:

- Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (e.g.,Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Experience with A/B testing
- Prior experience in technical B2C startups, with a strong focus on product and user lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive insights and decisions
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
- SQL knowledge is required (even if you’re not an expert, you should be comfortable with queries).
- Belief in the importance of documentation as a core part of the development process.

- Communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Be used to working in multidisciplinary team.
- Smart, energetic, team player, driven with high attention to detail.
- Languages: advanced level of English (official working language in the office).
- Languages: Spanish / French is a great bonus to better communicate within our team.
