**Job Description**:
- Our Cross Banking Assets team is working with important core banking systems which are strategic for the development of our branches and Financial Agents. You’ll be working as a Business Analyst on key projects to cover the entire flow of the customer & branches journey. You will design, implement and maintain solutions that will improve our existing services and tools, improve efficiency in branches and reduce operational risk. Our team of experts will be there to coach and support your development to ensure you excel in this role.**Responsibilities**:
- _Scope the system: Work closely together with the Product Owner and other squad members, to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level. You will be responsible for user story creation.
- _Translate business needs: Defines business, process, usability and data requirements in partnership and collaboration with the users. Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks.
- _Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): You will be key actor in writing & conducting UAT (user acceptance test) test cases, working with engineers to resolve functional issues arising from UAT. You will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo.
- _You will create, review and improve functional / non-functional documentations in close partnership with engineering teams. Also you will review business facing documentation (e.g. user manuals, solution briefs, functional summaries). In case required, you will also train non-squads stakeholders
- _Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions. Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad's overall healthExperience / Profile
- _You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Economics. Master’s degree will be a plus.
- _You have minimum 5 Years' experience as Consultant, Business or Technical Analyst, preferably in Financial Services, conducting Functional Analysis, business analysis, data analytics or UX (user experience) topics.
- _You are a good communicator (written & verbal), fluent in English (written/verbal) Additional language(s) are an advantage
- _You have a good knowledge of business analysis methods (agile/scrum, waterfall) and a sound knowledge of MS Office tools. Experience with other tools used in the Business Functional Analysis Profession (Jira, Confluence, HP ALM) will be a plus.
- _You have a proven ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements, being able to conceptualize and define alternative solutions. You have relevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting business requirements as well as test management with flexibility for moving between different requirements on a timely manner.
- _You are self-motivated and highly organized individual with flexibility to work autonomously, able to commit and prioritize work duties and tasks, and with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- _You have a high degree of proving soft skills while working with both IT and business colleagues.
