We are currently seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and well-organised receptionist to join our specialist Front Office team on a 30-hour, 10-month fijo discontinuo contract.

You will be responsible for responding to guest enquiries, managing bookings, welcoming guests, coordinating treatments and transfers, maintaining accurate PMS guest records, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing cash, and supporting guest needs throughout their stay.

- Highly organised with a focus on maintaining high standards
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Spanish)
- Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and guest service
- Ability to follow established systems and processes for operational efficiency
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in communication and record-keeping
- Ability to prioritise tasks and respond promptly to enquiries and bookings
- Focused and self-disciplined with the ability to work without distraction
- Willingness to develop management and leadership skills over time
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
- Full legal right to work in Spain

**Essential Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a hotel or retreat reception role
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer programmes
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent
- Must be resident in Spain with a valid NIE number
