Emea Tpm Supply Chain Leader

The EMEA TPM Supply Chain Leader is the single-point-accountable (SPA) between Coty and the Third Party Manufacturer (TPM) for operational matters. The Supply Chain Leader owns the operational results and he/she is responsible for maintaining and fostering a continuous improvement mentality at the TPM Supply Chain.
Main tasks/Responsibilities
**SPA**: As the Single Point Accountable (SPA) for the TPM, the Supply Chain Leader coordinates Coty activities at the TPM through boundary management to avoid conflicting direction for multiple functions,
**Service (OTIF)**: The Supply Chain Leader has the responsibility to ensure the TPM executes the production plan on quantity, timing and IRC mix in the most agile way. The Supply Chain Leader owns the OTIF gap analysis and works with support functions and the TPM to solve the issue and prevent reoccurrence,
**Cost**: The Supply Chain Leader is responsible for the Operation Results of the TPM leading and supporting cost saving efforts,
**SLA/ Operating Strategy**: When applicable a current SLEA is maintained by the Supply Chain Leader,
**Quality**: Quality owns the overall results of the TPM quality performance. They input to the Supply Chain scorecard for tracking purposes. The Supply Chain Leader supports the plan, engages in discussions and plan development as necessary,
**Cash**: The Supply Chain Leader leads the activities to improve agility (i.e. lead times and MOQ) for pack and raw materials. The Supply Chain Leader owns the process for reporting, root causing and disposition of any off-book liability a the TPM,
**TPM Scorecard**: The Supply Chain Leader is accountable for the operational and performance results of the TPM as identified in the TPM Supply Chain scorecard,
**Supply Chain Start Ups and Exit of TPMs**: The Supply Chain Leader is an integral part of the start-up and exit processes of TPMs.
Job Requirements /Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or similar),
Previous experience in Supply Chain areas,
Proficient in English (mandatory),
Analytical skills,
Leadership,
Team player.
