Create, plan and schedule engaging/shareable content and videos on relevant social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin, and more.
- Develop strategies adapted to each social media, with a goal of brand building, lead generation and conversions.
- Communicate with students to create a network of nano/micro/macro/mega influencers
- Engage with content from students, potential students, Spanish teachers, industry associations, partner schools, alumni, etc.
- Respond to comments, mentions, and messages across Centro MundoLengua’s social networks.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and changes. Find new interesting social media platforms.
- Manage and implement paid social media campaigns including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Youtube, and more.
- Track social media KPIs monthly. Use data and reporting to adapt strategies on ongoing basis for best performance.
- Be responsible for the management of consent images forms.
- Write, edit and/or proofread content **in English **across all print and digital mediums (web, print, ads, newsletters, blog posts, etc).

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in social media management.
- Excellent level in English and Spanish.
- Filming and video editing skills (proficient with video editing software: Final Cut or Premier)
- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or demonstrated track record of successful work

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Creative copyediting skills with the ability to adhere and adapt to a brand voice.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Data driven with experience analyzing data, patterns and trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinker.
- Work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and deadline driven.
