We seek to incorporate a Retail Manager responsible for the management of points of sale nationally or internationally and to ensure compliance with the turnover. He/she will be responsible for managing the profit and loss accounts of stores, the network of stores to enhance sales, the definition and implementation of strategic commercial policies and the management of the Store Manager’s team. In addition, she/he must ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives and is responsible for the performance of the stores and the development of the firm.
What will we ask of you in your day to day?
Autonomous management of our flagships and new openings. Ensure that all customer service initiatives are implemented, solving any problems that may arise quickly and courteously
Select, coordinate, encourage and train the sales team. Aligning them with the essence of the brand will be one of the challenges that we will mark you. Ensure that store managers and their workers keep their branches functioning properly, based on the highest possible standards of organization and marketing.
Carry out monitoring to ensure compliance with the objectives set in terms of sales figures, pricing policies, profitability, direct expenses, reliability of stocks...
Ensure customer satisfaction by complying with procedures set by the customer service company. You must have an in-depth knowledge of the market, because you are expected to maintain a competitive awareness by continuously monitoring other retailers, then reacting accordingly to maintain the business advantage.
Ensure compliance with policies marked by central product and merchandising
Constant communication with our Store Managers to measure the working environment in all our outlets.

You are a fashion lover and keep up to date on the latest trends in fashion.
How you'll make a difference
- You have experience of at least 3-5 years in managing complex projects with tight deadlines and multiple key business priorities to conclude, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- You have experience in training, challenging, motivating, encouraging, and constructively guiding the store manager and the operations team.
- You report performance metrics and demonstrate your understanding of KPIs to improve your store’s results
- You have experience in management with suppliers
What makes you the perfect Retail Manager?
- You have experience in opening and closing a store, helping to lead and motivate a team and leading from the front to maximise sales and boost productivity
- You have excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems
- You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary
