**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of app developers.
- Deep understanding of React workflows (such as Flux & Redux).
- Develop and implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions for an outstanding user experience.
- Solve complex React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 3+ years of professional experience with **React Native**.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with front-end development tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- A passion for speed and efficiency—milliseconds matter
- Experience working in agile teams.
- End-to-end experience, from coding to app store releases.
- Proficient with Git version control.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- **Proficiency in English** (B2-C1 Level)
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on usability, security, and reliability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Self-motivated, driven individual with a passion for excellence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
