We're Happy Scribe, a 100% bootstrapped and profitable startup based in Barcelona, on a mission to make the internet accessible.
We offer transcription and subtitling services that combine AI with the expertise of language professionals to create a 5-star product. We're working on one of the fundamental problems of this decade: speech-to-text technology.
We're just 20 people at the moment, but growing fast and profitable (€4.8M ARR) and we're building the team thoughtfully and with a lot of care.
**About the role**
While we stared as a B2C product, 2 years ago we started pushing hard with B2B and our adventure into this space has been going strong so far. We have to people in our Go-to-Market team and we've recently hired someone to take the lead on revenue operations. However, as we continue to grow and expand, we recognise the need for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to bring together the different pieces of the puzzle (Sales, Revenue Ops, Care, SEO) and lead our revenue strategy. With a CRO on board, we can streamline our sales and marketing efforts, optimise our pricing and packaging, and develop new revenue streams to drive sustained growth. Our goal is to leverage the expertise of a seasoned revenue leader to take our business to the next level and continue our success story.
