Our client is an owner-managed company with a unique property portfolio located across various countries.

Would you like to lead a Housekeeper team and implement, maintain Housekeeping standards across various properties?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Location: Abu Dhabi/UAE

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establishing standards and procedures for Housekeeping staff and ensuring efficient operation within the allocated properties.
- Assigning duties and evaluating the staff performance.
- Conducting orientation, onboarding training & in-service training for cleaners and housekeepers in order to get familiar with SOPs/ work procedures as well as demonstrating the usage and maintenance of the equipment.
- Monitoring & issuing supplies and equipment stock to the Housekeeping staff.
- Maintaining data regarding work assignments, schedules and preparing periodic reports for the management.
- Scheduling shifts and arranging replacements in case of an employee’s absence.
- Performing any other duties related to your job scope assigned by Manager.
- 3-5 years experience in the Hospitality industry or Housekeeping background
- 3-5 years of experience working with VIP clients
- English/ fluent
- Service oriented
- Leadership skills.

Pay: 1,000.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month
