We’re hiring a Junior Product Manager with an analytical mindset, curiosity, and a passion for building products from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in driving the digital transformation of the industry and the evolution of our platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the product based on data, user feedback, and market analysis.
- Analyze and solve issues related to product performance and user experience.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in product decision-making.
- Troubleshoot product development blockers with tech and business teams.
- Maintain product documentation following Zenova’s methodology.
- Collaborate with operational teams to align product strategy and execution.

**Reports to**: Lead Product Manager - Residential
**Performance review**: Semiannual, based on objectives
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Engineer.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Amplitude, etc.) and ability to extract insights.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a user-first approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
- Proactive and organized in dynamic settings.

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Experience in startups or scale-ups within Product, Tech, or Data.
- Technical knowledge (APIs, no-code tools, databases, Python).
