The Vodafone Executive Search (VES) team is dedicated to managing executive hiring and assessment processes across the Vodafone ecosystem. We are trusted executive hiring partners for Vodafone’s leadership community, assisting the evolution of New Generation Telco leadership together. The team is in a period of growth and is expanding its size and scope across almost all global locations. As part of this expansion, we are seeking to hire an Executive Recruiter to play an integral role in the team, focusing on roles across Vodafone Group, US, Ireland and Germany. The role of the Executive Recruiter is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process; driving external hires to completion and managing executive level stakeholder relationships. It is also responsible for uncovering/implementing strategies to anticipate and pipeline future talent needs. The role is advisory, guiding senior leaders on external talent, search strategies, diversity and remuneration.

As a **Specialist Executive Recruiter**, you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:
Lead briefings with senior stakeholders; capturing detailed business role requirements, ensuring that all angles and avenues are covered to have the basis to execute research.
In partnership with Executive Researchers, interpret brief into search strategies, using the internal ATS, LinkedIn, internal referrals and all publicly available resources to find talent.
Lead interactions on an individual search basis with external hybrid suppliers.
Track progress and record data with a view to creating an overarching database and talent pools.
Present progress/ update reports to stakeholders in both qualitative and quantitative reporting.
Partner closely with Researchers, Knowledge Analysts and Internal Data Management specialists in the VES team on wider pipelining/succession projects.
Formulate advisory relationships with senior internal stakeholders across the Group, US, Ireland and German regions.

**What do you bring?**
- Strong executive search (C-Suite) experience and stakeholder management skills; intellectual curiosity and interest in learning complex roles.
- Attention to detail and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to act with discretion regarding sensitive information and confidential intellectual property.
- Can manage ambiguity and able to operate effectively with simplicity.
- Strong organisational skills; ability to work in a structured manner.
- Experience of recruiting commercial roles, preferably in the context of digital/ technology/ communication products
- Language skills: Fluent in English
