About the job

An opportunity has arisen within Cigna International Health IT for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with focus on Citrix.

The role will suit a high-performing individual who is methodical, inquisitive and has a passion for technology and service.

You will join a multi-disciplined team spread across the globe working on new projects as well as refining and improving on our global infrastructure.

What does a normal day involve?
Managing and maintaining complex full stack Citrix Environment and Infrastructure
Managing incidents and requests across the virtual workspace platform
Proactively monitoring and resolve infrastructure service issues prior to escalation
Managing and technically drive all project deliverables and initiatives to completion, working with key stakeholders and project managers to implement the solutions
Liaising with managed hosting services to deliver first class services and vendor support
Coordinating with colleagues and peers in Cigna’s US based Enterprise Infrastructure Team
Participating in change activity that may be scheduled out of hours
Following all operational processes and policies
Continuous improvement of the Citrix Service Delivery and Infrastructure
Ensuring 24x7x365 operation
Adhering to Information Protection Policies and Business Continuity Plans

Windows Server 2012-2019
Windows 10 Enterprise
Citrix XenDesktop
Citrix Cloud Service
Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
Persona/Profile Management Software (Citrix WEM, FSLogix)
Nutanix AHV, AOS, PRISM
Change and incident management processes
Cloud experience (VDI on cloud)
CCP-V Certification

**It would be great if you had experience with**:
ControlUp experience
Automation experience (PowerShell, PowerCLI, Ansible Tower, Bash, Python)
Lenovo ThinkAgile HX Series, XClarity
SCCM, OSD, Application Deployment
ITIL/NCP Certifications
Azure Virtual Desktop
