**Job Mission**:
To contribute to maximising the RevPar of the hotels located in Malaga under your responsibility, offering support and advice, maximising sales from own channels and offering expertise in the use of MHI systems and strategies. Under the supervision of the Area Revenue Manager, you will be the first point of contact for these hotels regarding strategy and performance, and will help to obtain 100% of MHI's distribution channels and systems.

**What are we looking for?**
- At least two years of experience in Revenue or Assistant Revenue manager positions.
- University degree in hospitality, business management or relevant field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team by example.
