This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Project Operations Manager

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
You will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium/large-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

- Planner: Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Communicator: Acts as the main point of contact between stakeholders, team members, and upper management.

- Decision Maker: Makes informed choices to keep the project aligned with goals.

**Qualifications for the Role**

- Industrial Engineer or similar
- Ability to demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Project management, cost control, planning and monitoring, risk management, customer focus, manage stakeholders, business orientation inside Industrial market: automotive, food&beverage, logistics, etc
- Knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel) as well as cost control and planning (MS Project) are required
- Team management, adaptability, anticipation and problem solving
- You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish. Other languages (French or German) would be valuated.
- Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
