Digital Project Expert
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achievement of business results, efficiency and savings.- Management and leadership of projects related to the construction of the company's digital assets.
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
- technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers or related fields.
- PMP certification is a plus
Languages:
- Spanish
- English: Fluent
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office.
- Skilled in making presentations.
- Project planning and management tools: Jira,...
- Knowledge of digital analytics.
Valuable:
- Use of design tools.
- HTML, SQL knowledge
**Experience**:
- At least 3 years leading corporate projects. Proven working experience as a project administrator. It will be favorable to have also experience in consultancy or large companies, within the sector of events, hospitality, entertainment and F&B.
- Experience in change management.
Others:
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Knowledge of the design process from inception to implementation and put into production.
- Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve efficiency in companies.
