We’re looking for a **Sales Channel Partner Manager** to lead channel growth across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact, standalone role where you’ll take full ownership of building and managing strategic partnerships — particularly with **system integrators, MSSPs, and value-added resellers (VARs)** — to expand market presence and revenue.

You’ll have significant autonomy to shape strategy, implement initiatives, and build long-term relationships that drive results. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in **both strategic and hands-on work**, and who enjoys making things happen.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Identify new channel opportunities and co-develop sales strategies with strategic partners.
- Design and execute partner expansion plans to increase regional coverage and pipeline.
- Lead the onboarding of new partners and ensure they’re fully equipped to represent the product and value proposition.
- Organize webinars, events, and co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with partners.
- Resolve channel or customer conflicts and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Explore new revenue streams by developing relationships with VARs and other ecosystem players.

Calificaciones y Habilidades
- 3+ years of **B2B enterprise sales** experience.
- 3+ years working with SaaS channel partners — ideally in **channel management, alliances, or partner account management**.
- Strong knowledge of the **EMEA partner landscape** and how to operate across different markets.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP tools.
- Fluency in **English and Spanish** is required; **Portuguese is a plus**, and **Italian is nice to have**.
- Willingness to travel as needed across the region.
- Ability to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
