For our 175 MWp EPC Project located at Antequera, Spain, we are seeking to hire an experienced PV Construction Coordinator.

Main responsibilities:
Subcontractor Supervision: Supervise subcontractors on-site, ensuring they meet project standards and timelines.
Site Coordination: Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time and in the correct order for project progression.
Quality Assurance: Liaison with the QA manager onsite to ensure that the construction work is completed according to company standards and customer requirements.
Progress Reporting: Request from subcontractors and summarize daily reports on progress, highlighting key project achievements, risks, and mitigation actions if needed.

Your profile:
Proven experience of 2+ year in the field of construction as a site/construction coordinator or supervisor (PV construction would be a benefit);
Strong Level Spanish Speaking;
Minimum level B2 English language written and spoken;
Constant attention to details and accuracy;
Self-disciplined and result-oriented;
Organized with the ability to multitask and keep to timelines.
