This is for OT cybersecurity enthusiasts, operating more than 80 industrial plants, Tradebe is looking for a leader to manage our emerging IT cybersecurity services portfolio within OT/SCADA network engineering.

The position will report to the Global CISO, and will define, implement, and run the OT Cybersecurity Strategy across Tradebe to be able to detect, response, predict and prevent cyberattacks within OT.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Policies & Procedures**. Collaborate in the definition, review, and implement security controls to ensure enforcement of policies and procedures.
- **Risk Management**. Identify, assess, control and report on cybersecurity risks within Tradebe’ s OT landscape and industrial networks/facilities
- **Implement OT Information Security Initiatives,** including business infrastructure (e.g., alarm devices, physical access controls, etc.).
- **Monitoring.** Propose, implement, and run monitoring tools to prevent, detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents. Perform investigation and triage of events and incidents and communicate and escalate accordingly.

**Your Profile / Qualifications**
- Fluent in English (valuable other languages, French, German )
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology/ Computer Science / Engineering
- 2+ years of experience related to IT Security in a similar role
- 3+ years related work experience in IT-Operations / IT-Architecture
- Proofed Experience in industrial security standards
- Experience in automation, Industry 4.0 Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) (DCS, SCADA, PLC, etc.)
- Understanding of security-related operational processes in the OT environments,
- Knowledge of use and configuration of IT security architectures (e. g. SIEM, IDS /IPS) and their implementation with special requirements of OT systems
- General knowledge about standard methodologies related to networking and systems security
- General knowledge about monitoring and security software such as IDS and IPS
- Valuable OT Cybersecurity Certifications (i.e. IEC/ISA 62443)
