**Position**:
As Senior NPI/Commercialisation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of new product introductions and commercialisation projects, focusing primarily on medical device launches, but also looking after a larger program of NPIs. You will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, gathering commercial data, and helping to drive successful launches across all markets.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Ensuring on-time delivery, accurate scoping, and budget alignment.
- Setting strong KPIs and ensuring these are delivered.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, stage-gate documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Overseeing the transfer of activities and responsibilities in relation to medical devices, both inter-company and with external partners.
- Managing the creation and approval of all technical documentation, including labelling and IFU creation and maintenance.
- Working closely with Supply Chain to support market access and commercial readiness planning.
- Building out long term commercialisation plans for a rolling 12 months.
- Gathering data from various sources to ensuring accurate, timely reporting on all necessary processes and elements, including the Post Launch In-Market Surveillance Process.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, resolving conflicts, and escalating issues where necessary.

**Requirements**:
This is a newly created role, so you must be ready to create from the ground up and lead the team to success using firm, clear targets, innovative thinking, and a mindset of continuous improvement.

The essentials for success in this role are:

- Experience with launching Medical Devices, ideally into International markets, with a strong knowledge of process and regulatory & legal controls
- Proven ability to manage full, long-term programmes autonomously and to strict deadlines
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Outstanding communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills in order to lead projects cross-functionally
- Fluency in English (other European languages would also be beneficial)

As an International company, you must be willing to travel if required.
