Our team is growing fast and we are looking for a Junior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join us in an entry level position in our headquarters in Madrid, working in the Human Resources team
**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the payroll in Spain, Germany, France and Italy.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports related to costs, salaries or benefits.
- Prepare employee registrations, employee terminations as well as handle administrative aspects (training, flexible remuneration and other labour issues.
- Take part in different key HR projects.
- Build long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Be the contact point for employers and offer them day-to-day support and be ready to solve any issues related to pay and benefits.
**Your Profile**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law **and/or a **Master’s Degree in Human Resources.***:

- 6 months - 1 year **of experience working in compensation and benefits.
- **Solid knowledge of Excel.**:

- **Excellent level of English (C2). **German, Italian, French or any other European languages would be an advantage.
- Strong **analytical and detail-oriented skills.**:

- **Highly motivated** to work in a fast-paced and international environment.**:
