Currently we are very excited to looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer for an international company.

**Key tasks**:

- Collaborate with the Product Development team as well as the Consulting Services team to deliver complete and comprehensive solutions to software and process enhancements
- Communicate technical issues to various departments within Kofax, such as Product Management, Software Development, Sales, and Quality Assurance
- Forwarding customer issues to the Sr. Support Engineer as required with a detailed description of the issues and guidance on how to analyze the issue
- Recreating customer environments to determine root causes of errors
- Testing of updates, upgrades, and hot fixes
- Maintenance and expansion of a knowledge database
- Participation in regular support team meetings
- Mentoring and advising Associate Technical Support Engineers as well as other Technical Support Engineers

- **Requisitos mínimos**
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in technical support
- Experience with network software diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and Fiddler and Windows
- Diagnostic tools such as Process Monitor and Event Viewer
- Very good written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage (German, French, Spanish)
- Strong service mentality, client orientation and solution-oriented way of thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure**Requisitos deseados**

- Are an expert in network troubleshooting
